This cozy café and shop offers a relaxing space where tradition and modern flavors come together. Our menu features items crafted with care, such as the “Ishizumi Soft Serve” and “Amazake Soft Serve” made from homegrown rice and koji, silky-smooth Hon-Kuzukiri, fluffy rice flour bread, black sesame banana parfait, and the vibrant “Lake Biwa Blue Latte.” Blending both Japanese and Western elements, we hope to be a casual yet special spot — a little escape for locals and travelers alike. Located in the historic town of Sakamoto, once home to the Anou-shu stone artisans, our shop invites you to enjoy not only delicious treats but also the local story.
